Kyle has over 20 years of recruitment experience in the Real Estate Industry and has conducted many successful placements in Property Management, Construction, Development, and Real Estate Investment.

Kyle co-founded Walters Griffin in 2022 and previously was Vice President of Business Development and Client Services at the Bryan Group. Kyle has expertise in generating and managing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates and his commitment to building professional long-term relationships is second to none.

Kyle graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree with specialization in Marketing from the University of Guelph.

Rachel is a resourceful and service-driven professional with over a decade of recruitment experience. Starting her career in pharmaceutical recruitment, later moving to a multi-specialty firm where she developed and managed a large portfolio in various industries across Canada; this experience equipped her with the ability to identify and successfully recruit the hardest to find candidates.

In 2016, Rachel joined the Bryan Group as a Placement Consultant and quickly grew into a Senior Executive Recruiter specializing in Construction, Development and Property Management. She has since established herself as a trusted source within the Real Estate industry which led to Rachel co-founding Walters Griffin in 2022.
