Project Manager (High-Rise)

Experienced PM to oversee and manage the Construction Management activities for multi-phase residential developments in the GTA. Candidate to have minimum 10 years of relevant GTA hi-rise condominium construction experience. Candidate to possess a university or similar technical educational background with excellent communication skills. Candidate to be proficient in MS Office, Procore and other software.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pre-Construction project activities, estimate and budget preparation
  • Coordinate and manage pre-tender and tender activities
  • Reviews all tenders scope of works
  • Reviews sub-contractors bids for accuracy and awards contracts
  • Reviews, approves monthly construction costs invoices
  • Attends site construction meetings
  • Attends site consultants’ meetings
  • Reviews and resolve site construction and contracts issues
  • Reviews and approves SI, CCO, CO issued.
  • Reviews and tracks monthly construction cost report and advises on required adjustments
  • Assist in resolving invoicing disputes
  • Manage site labourers and handymen
  • Reviews ant tracks monthly construction project schedule and advises on required adjustments
  • Tracks TARION required Occupancy delays dates and notices
  • Coordinates with Sales/Marketing and Development departments
  • Coordinates and oversees Pre-delivery inspections and Warranty work
  • Coordinates construction issues during homeowners occupancies
  • Coordinates activities with Condominium Property Manager before and post occupancy period
