Responsibilities:
- Organizing scopes of work for each trade
- Assisting with the tendering process including preparing tender packages, compiling and tracking bids, preparing bid summaries, analyzing the quotes, awarding contracts, etc.
- Preparing site instructions and RFIs
- Change order coordination
- Communication and follow up with site team
- Attending site meeting and preparing minutes
- Reviewing/analyzing drawings and coordinating all construction documentation
- Monitoring and tracking project schedules
- Liaising with consultants and trades
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years’ experience with high-rise residential projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Strong familiarity with MS Office products
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Able to develop strong working relationships with consultants and trades
