Project Coordinator (High-Rise)

  • Organizing scopes of work for each trade
  • Assisting with the tendering process including preparing tender packages, compiling and tracking bids, preparing bid summaries, analyzing the quotes, awarding contracts, etc.
  • Preparing site instructions and RFIs
  • Change order coordination
  • Communication and follow up with site team
  • Attending site meeting and preparing minutes
  • Reviewing/analyzing drawings and coordinating all construction documentation
  • Monitoring and tracking project schedules
  • Liaising with consultants and trades



  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
  • 1-2 years’ experience with high-rise residential projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong familiarity with MS Office products
  • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Able to develop strong working relationships with consultants and trades
